01Perimenopause coaching
Coaching does not diagnose or treat perimenopause. It gives you a calm, collaborative place to consider how this season is affecting the way you see yourself and the choices in front of you.
Make room for what you are feeling, questioning, and beginning to see differently.
Explore boundaries, priorities, relationships, and career decisions without being handed a formula.
Turn reflection into realistic next steps that respect your life, energy, and values.
02The wider life
Healthcare professionals are the right people for symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment. But this transition can also bring questions about the pace you keep, the roles you hold, and what you want from the years ahead.
Perhaps your confidence feels less familiar. Work takes more from you than it once did. A relationship needs a more honest conversation. Or a long-standing definition of success no longer fits. Coaching helps you hear those questions clearly and decide how you want to respond.

ICF coach-in-training
Vineetha brings warmth, attentive listening, and thoughtful curiosity to conversations that can otherwise feel difficult to untangle alone.
She spent nine years as a banker in India. After moving to the United States, there was a season when professional work had to wait — not because her ambition had faded, but because that chapter did not yet allow it. She knows what it is to be capable and still paused; to hold a former identity in one hand and an unfinished future in the other.
She has since returned to banking in the United States. Alongside that work, she created Mirai Seasons as a calm coaching space for women navigating perimenopause, identity shifts, interruptions, returns, and next chapters. Her reason for serving this audience is rooted in a belief that the wider life questions of this season deserve time and attention. It is not a departure from who she has been. It is another way of using the same attention, steadiness, and care.
Her role is not to hand you a formula or tell you who to become. It is to ask useful questions, reflect what she hears, and help you discover the answers and next steps that are genuinely your own.
04The coaching journey
Coaching can be structured without feeling rigid. We follow what matters most while keeping a gentle line of sight toward action.
Create enough quiet to notice what is asking for your attention.
Name what has changed, what still matters, and what no longer fits.
Consider the possibilities and decide what feels honest and workable now.
Turn insight into small, meaningful actions you can sustain.
05What coaching can help with
You do not need a crisis, a perfect goal, or a complete explanation. Coaching can begin with the question you have today.
01“I don’t quite feel like myself, and I want space to understand why.”
02“The way I have been working or caring for everyone no longer feels sustainable.”
03“My priorities are changing, but I have not found the words for them yet.”
04“I need clearer boundaries without losing the relationships that matter to me.”
05“I want to make my next decision with confidence, not just keep pushing through.”
06Clear boundaries
Reflect on identity and priorities, build confidence, practise clearer boundaries, prepare for conversations, and choose realistic next steps.
Medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, counselling, or crisis support. Please bring symptoms and medical or mental health concerns to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Read the noteA pause in your working life is not a verdict. It can be a season that asks quieter, more honest questions about who you are now.

A discovery conversation is a calm first step: a chance to talk about what brings you here, ask what coaching can and cannot offer, and see whether working together feels right.
